spacious upstairs front balcony with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico located on La 1, just steps from the beach this spacious living area is a great place to entertain.
Everything in the camp has been updated in the last year, kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, fryer etc.

Damage deposit required $200 (refundable)

We will not hold dates, and await payment.
The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival
In the event of a hurricane and a mandatory evacuation is ordered during your stay, you will be refunded.

If damage is greater than deposit you will be held responsible to pay the balance
